Duvanna's Refunds and Return Policy
"Duvanna", "we" or "us" refers to Duvanna.
“You” or “your” means any person who may use our services.
Ensuring your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal as we stand by the products we offer.
Before completing your purchase we'd ask that you carefully check your choice of products being purchased including sizing and all other details listed on the product page. Product information is marked clearly on our Site including if an item is not returnable or refundable. We do this for your clarity but also due to our constant new product development. IIf you have any product inquiries, please feel free to send them to us at official.duvanna@gmail.com before making a purchase. Our team can assist you.
Refunds are only available if the product is defective under the applicable warranty terms and returned within 5 business days. The item must be in original condition with tags attached and in its original packaging or if the product is not delivered despite being paid for.
How do I process a return request?
All returns must be approved by us and you must receive a return authorization (RA) prior to sending the item back to us. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet our policy criteria, however, we address all return requests on a case-by-case basis and try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
To make a request for return and obtain a RA we'd ask that you:
1 - send us an email with your order number and clear photos of the item's condition to official.duvanna@gmail.com
2 - allow our team 3-5 business days to review your request
3 - understand that once we have reviewed your request we will circle back to you with a response advising if your request has been approved or denied
In the event your return has been approved we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) at which time you can send the product back to us. Return shipping to us is at the cost of the customer. In cases where product is returnable, we will credit your account for returned items, minus any restocking fee if applicable, upon receipt and inspection. Ensure item is returned as instructed with the RA provided. Pack with care to prevent damage during return shipment.
